    Barbecue sauce

    Apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. Combine the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, ground garlic, and ground mustard in a lidded container or zip top bag.
  2. Add chicken leg quarters and toss to coat. Marinate for 1 hour up to overnight.
  3. Heat your grill to 350 degrees. Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the hot grill.
  4. Cook chicken for 10-15 minutes, turn, then cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees.
