Method

  1. In a large bowl, whip together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth using a hand held mixer.
  2. Add pumpkin puree and cinnamon, then mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in caramel sauce and whip topping with a rubber spatula.
  4. Drizzle with caramel syrup and serve cold, with apples, pretzels, or graham crackers.
